Milania Giudice, daughter of Teresa Giudice from “Real Housewives of New Jersey,” was arrested on an assault charge last month. The incident occurred at a residence in Montville Township on May 14, as reported by Chief Andrew Caggiano of the Montville Township Police Department.
Police officers detained Milania at 6:12 p.m. according to court records. She was charged with one count of Simple Assault, classified as a Disorderly Persons Offense under N.J.S.A. 2C: 12-1a(1).
Milania, 20, has pleaded not guilty to the charges and was released while awaiting her court appearance next month. Chief Caggiano emphasized, “A criminal complaint is merely an accusation. The defendant is presumed innocent unless proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.”
Milania has appeared alongside her mother, Teresa Giudice, in several episodes of “The Real Housewives of New Jersey.” Teresa shares four daughters, Gia, 25, Gabriella, 22, Milania, 20, and Audriana, 16, with ex-husband Joe Giudice. Teresa and Joe were married for two decades before separating in December 2019 and finalizing their divorce in September 2020.
In August 2022, Teresa married Louis Ruelas. Her past legal troubles include a 15-month prison sentence served after pleading guilty to mail, wire, and bank fraud. Teresa was released in December 2015. Joe Giudice served a 41-month sentence and was later deported to Italy. He attempted to appeal the deportation but remained in Italy.
