Indi Hartwell never lost her WWE NXT Championship during her tenure. She relinquished the title when drafted to the Raw brand. On Sunday, Hartwell ascended to the top of a women’s division once more in pro wrestling. She triumphed over Xia Brookside at Total Nonstop Action Wrestling’s (TNA) Bound for Glory event, securing her first Knockouts world championship.
In the Knockouts TV Championship Tournament, Hartwell advanced to the semifinals before being eliminated. Undeterred, she captured a tag team title with Harley Hudson and secured a victory by disqualification against Zoey Serrano. After an altercation with Daria Rae, Hartwell earned a title shot against Brookside.
Both competitors highlighted their commitment to integrity in their pre-match promos. Despite Brookside’s efforts to retain her title, she allowed frustration to overwhelm her. After slapping referee Mickie James, James retaliated, allowing Hartwell to capitalize and execute the Hurts Donut to win the match.
Brookside’s title reign concluded after 105 days, having won against Lei Ying Lee. Hartwell’s victory marks her as the fourth Knockout to hold the belt this year, joining Brookside, Lee, and Arianna Grace.
Indi Hartwell, appearing on Monday Night RAW in Montreal, Canada in April 2024, has solidified her status as a reigning champion once more.
