Silverman recalled the challenges of being in the spotlight, saying her primary concern was shielding her son, Adam. She mentioned, “I was just trying to get through it and just try to wake up every day and not, I don’t know, fall apart.”

And whatever’s coming at me, I deserve it.” Over time, she worked on forgiving herself, stating, “I have done whatever I feel I need to do to make peace with the situation.”
