In Virginia, a case involving stolen high-end wine has taken a surprising turn. Authorities discovered two bottles of wine, including a pinot noir and another bottle valued at $7,000. This discovery comes just before an expected sentencing related to a wine theft incident at a Virginia restaurant. The incident took place on November 19, when a man and a woman allegedly stole the valuable pinot noir from the restaurant’s wine cellar.
Sergeant Mike Bell, who is involved in the investigation, recently walked into the kitchen of the high-end French restaurant. He carried a black crate containing the latest twist in this complex case. “You’re not going to believe this,” he informed the restaurant owners upon his arrival.
