Rep. John Larson, a Democrat from Connecticut, is among the state’s five House members running for reelection. However, he is the sole incumbent facing a contested primary. Larson contends with former Hartford Mayor Luke Bronin and two additional candidates for the Democratic nomination.
Larson has gained endorsements from Connecticut’s Democratic Senators, Richard Blumenthal and Chris Coons. On the other hand, Luke Bronin has the backing of former Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg.
Recent polls indicate a competitive race between Larson and Bronin. The polls are set to close at 8 p.m. EDT. You can follow live results from Decision Desk HQ for updates.
