David Thalman and Francesca Warick, both 20, vanished over the weekend before being found off Washington Island, as confirmed by a press release from the Door County Sheriff’s Office and Washington Island Police Department. Authorities suspect neither individual was wearing a life jacket at the time of their disappearance.
