Ochocinco’s Hopes for a Familiar Super Bowl Showdown

Anticipation for the Super Bowl often begins long before the NFL season kicks off. With the 2026 season about to start, Chad Ochocinco shares cautious optimism regarding his Super Bowl prediction. Though he prefers to observe the teams’ regular-season performance first, Ochocinco dreams of a ‘storybook’ ending at SoFi Stadium this February.

Ochocinco envisions a rematch of Super Bowl LVI between the Los Angeles Rams and the Cincinnati Bengals. The last time these teams faced off at SoFi Stadium, Matthew Stafford and the Rams triumphed over Joe Burrow and the Bengals. Ochocinco admires the unexpected turn of events in subsequent years, with Stafford securing an MVP title for the 2025 season and Aaron Donald coming out of retirement to join forces with Myles Garrett on the Rams’ formidable defense.

“Seeing Aaron Donald return is special,” Ochocinco remarked. “The Rams possess a high-powered offense and now, with the addition of Myles Garrett alongside Donald, their defense poses a real threat. If all stays on course, they will dominate the NFC West.”

Despite his belief in the Rams, Ochocinco remains devoted to the Bengals, a team he once played for in ten of his eleven NFL seasons.
