Fatal Influence achieved a significant victory in a six-woman tag team match against Nikki Bella, Brie Bella, and Paige at SummerSlam on Saturday night. The match concluded with a surprising twist when Jacy Jayne delivered a Rolling Encore on Paige, securing the win. Jayne, along with Fallon Henley and Lainey Reid, celebrated their victory as they exited the arena at U.S. Bank Stadium in Minneapolis.
After the match, Paige, Brie Bella, and Nikki Bella were in the ring, acknowledging the crowd’s applause. Suddenly, Nikki Bella turned and attacked Paige with a clothesline. Nikki expressed her frustrations by further attacking Paige as Brie Bella looked on, not intervening to assist her former partner. The Bella twins then departed, leaving Paige behind.
“Oh you f—-d up,” Paige posted on X following the SummerSlam event.
Paige had earlier made a comeback at WrestleMania 42, stepping in for an injured Nikki Bella during the women’s tag team championship. She and Brie Bella emerged victorious and held the titles for several weeks before losing them to Reid and Henley at Saturday Night’s Main Event.
The WrestleMania victory now seems distant. For Fatal Influence, their success at SummerSlam solidifies their standing as one of the leading groups in SmackDown and WWE. Reid and Henley currently hold championship titles, and Jayne appears to be on the path to a singles title contest soon.
