Bunnie Xo’s Journey Through Heartbreak and Self-Discovery Post-Divorce

Bunnie Xo recently shared the profound impact her divorce from Jelly Roll has had on her. Speaking on “Open Book with Jenna Bush Hager,” she discussed the physical and emotional challenges she faced. “There were moments where my team had to pick me up off the floor and get me IVs because I wasn’t eating,” Bunnie recounted. She resorted to consuming baby food and lost 20 pounds due to heartbreak.

Jelly Roll filed for divorce on May 18, noting the separation began on May 9. The couple met in 2015 and eloped a year later. After almost ten years of marriage, their divorce was finalized in July.

In the aftermath, Bunnie Xo shared her experience on her podcast but later removed it from YouTube. She clarified her independence, stating, “I am my own person. I stand on my own two feet, even alongside my ex-husband.” Bunnie emphasized her individual brand and identity, separate from Jelly Roll.

As she moves forward, Bunnie has focused on prioritizing herself. “It’s just pouring back into yourself,” she explained. Bunnie encouraged women to embrace selfishness, advocating for the importance of personal time and self-care. “We deserve to have our own time, and we deserve to pour into each other,” she said.

Enjoying her new independence, Bunnie countered assumptions about her post-divorce life. “People probably think I’m out here doing, like, ho activities, and I’m not,” she noted. Instead, she engages in more relaxed activities such as playing “Cards Against Humanity,” swimming, and working out.

Bunnie Xo was spotted with reality star Dylan Wolf, though she clarified not every outing involves romantic partners. With humor, she addressed rumors, saying, “I’m like, ‘Can your girl have some fun?’ You guys are going to see me with multiple men, maybe even a couple women.”
