The incident occurred at the Riverbend Music Center while McGraw performed “I Like It, I Love It.” Despite the fall, captured on video by Fox News Digital, McGraw maintained his composure, smiling and resuming his set promptly.

McGraw humorously addressed the fall on social media. Prior to a recent surgery in the spring, McGraw was seriously considering leaving his music career.

McGraw revealed his surgeon was present at the show, as was another who had treated his wife, Faith Hill. He told the audience that before his final back surgery, he was contemplating how to step away from his career.
