Major Jason Watson, a U.S. airman, is now facing criminal charges after being arrested twice for demanding the impeachment of President Donald Trump. His arrests occurred in July at the steps of the U.S. Capitol. He was placed in pretrial confinement on August 18, and on the following Monday, formal charges were filed against him.

- Three violations of Article 88 for making allegedly ‘contemptuous’ remarks about the president
- Five violations of Article 92 for allegedly disobeying orders
- Two violations of Article 133 for alleged conduct unbecoming an officer
