Urgent Search for Missing Non-Verbal Boy in Georgia

Authorities in Georgia are conducting an urgent search for a missing boy, identified as Ramon Jett, often referred to as RJ, who has not been seen since Sunday.

The Clayton County Police Department has reached out to the public for help in finding him. The last confirmed sighting of Ramon was on the 8000 block of Webb Road in Riverdale, between 11:30 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. on Sunday.

“Ramon is nonverbal and suffers from a mental health condition. Due to his condition, he may be unable to communicate or seek help, and officers are deeply concerned for his safety. Every minute is critical,” the department stated.

The search operation is extensive, involving K-9 teams, drones, patrol officers, detectives, and all available resources. Residents are urged to check their areas, including yards, porches, and outbuildings.

Police have asked anyone who sees Ramon to not assume others have called, emphasizing the importance of contacting 911 immediately. “Your call could be the one that brings him home safely,” the department stated.

Ramon is described as approximately 3 feet, 5 inches tall, weighing about 40 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a light green shirt, camouflage shorts, and white socks.
