Shooting Incident at Twin Falls In-N-Out Burger

A tragic shooting occurred at the newly opened In-N-Out Burger in Twin Falls, Idaho. The incident took place on Saturday afternoon, leading to several casualties.

Police Chief Matthew Hicks announced that the exact number of fatalities remains unconfirmed, but the suspect died at the scene. Reports from local station KTVB indicate that three individuals have died and two others have sustained injuries.

At a press conference, Hicks described the atmosphere as extremely chaotic. He stated that hundreds of people present at the restaurant during the time of the incident are currently being interviewed by authorities.

First responders shut down roads surrounding the restaurant. This included the prominent Perrine Memorial Bridge over the Snake River. Residents nearby were also ordered to shelter in place.

The FBI is set to aid local law enforcement in investigating the event. Hicks assured the community that the threat has been neutralized. Efforts are underway to identify the suspect and understand their motives.

Earlier this year, In-N-Out announced the opening of the Twin Falls location, the only one in the city. Additional locations were launched in California, Arizona, Utah, and Tennessee. Hicks mentioned that the restaurant is among the busiest in Southern Idaho.

As per the company’s website, the Twin Falls branch is temporarily closed.
