In a heartfelt message on Monday, Savannah Guthrie directly addressed her mother’s kidnapper. Her mother, 84-year-old Nancy Guthrie, disappeared from her Arizona residence over 25 weeks ago. The plea was shared on Savannah’s Instagram, expressing her family’s ongoing anguish and determination to bring Nancy home.

Savannah urged the unidentified kidnappers to “do the right thing now” and help locate her mother. She emphasized that her family has been enduring immense pain since the abduction and will continue to search for Nancy tirelessly.

NBC provided an undated photograph of Nancy and Savannah, highlighting the ongoing search efforts. Savannah conveyed a specific message, stating, “It’s been months since our mom was taken. Our family is in agony, living a nightmare. We’ve done our part and will never stop looking for her.” She added that despite the harsh realities of the world, there’s always a chance to do the right thing.

On July 17, Savannah and her husband, Michael Feldman, were spotted at LaGuardia Airport. She had just completed her duties on the “Today” show, stepping off the set after a security breach involving colleague Craig Melvin. Currently, Savannah is filming a new “Wordle” game show.

The Guthrie family has sought public assistance, offering over $1 million for information leading to Nancy’s discovery. Tipsters can contact 1-800-CALL-FBI. Additionally, Tucson’s Crime Stoppers provides an anonymous reward at 520-88-CRIME for arrest-related information.

Nancy Guthrie was taken from her home in Tucson’s Catalina Foothills on February 1, as reported by the Pima County Sheriff’s Department. DNA testing and other forensic results remain undisclosed. Ransom notes sent during the investigation have not been validated by authorities.
