Las Vegas – Roxanne Perez seized her opportunity at Triplemania 34 in Las Vegas on Friday night, earning the No. 1 contender spot for the AAA Reina de Reinas Championship.
Perez emerged victorious against WWE star Nattie, and AAA stars La Hiedra and Faby Apache, securing her chance at the Reina de Reinas Championship at Worlds Collide. She will face either reigning champion Flammer or La Catalina, who compete for the title on Night 2 in Mexico City.
The match at MGM Grand Garden Arena on September 11, 2026, was intense. Perez faced significant opposition right from the start, as her three opponents teamed up against her and forced her out of the ring. Flammer attempted to assist La Hiedra, but Perez skillfully pushed La Hiedra into Flammer and executed the Pop Rox move, clinching the win with a pin.
Despite an animated exchange between La Hiedra and Flammer post-match, Perez remains focused on Worlds Collide in her quest for the Reina de Reinas Championship.

I have a big opportunity right in front of me that I know I’m gonna take. I’m determined to head straight to Worlds Collide and become Reina de Reinas champion. I do not underestimate the other competitors because they are legends in their respective areas.”
Perez praised her opponents: “La Hiedra is deeply familiar with AAA. Natalya, from WWE’s Divas era, is a trailblazer for women, working diligently to secure opportunities for us all. Faby Apache is a legend of Lucha Libre.”
Perez emphasized her resolve: “I have a lot on my plate, but ‘The Prodigy’ has overcome significant challenges in my decade of wrestling. I’m determined not to let this opportunity slip through my fingers.”
Perez now eagerly awaits the outcome of Flammer versus La Catalina.
