Reality Star’s Son Faces Serious Legal Charges

KJ Biermann, age 15, is facing serious charges after being indicted for child molestation and multiple counts related to sexual battery involving a child under 16. This information comes from documents obtained by Fox News Digital.

A Fulton County, Georgia grand jury indicted KJ, whose full name is Kroy Jagger, with seven counts. These include aggravated sodomy and false imprisonment.

The charges stem from an incident in April, which led to his arrest last month. Initially, he faced two felony charges. These details were also supported by documents obtained by Fox News Digital.

Kim Zolciak, the mother of KJ and a star of the “Real Housewives of Atlanta,” has publicly denied the charges against her son. KJ was charged with aggravated sexual battery and aggravated sodomy on August 17 after his arrest in Alpharetta, Georgia.

Georgia’s SB440 law permits adult superior courts to have jurisdiction over teenagers aged 13 to 17 for specific violent felonies. Hence, KJ is being charged as an adult. He is currently held without bond at the Metro Regional Youth Detention Center, awaiting a preliminary hearing in September.

In response to the charges, Zolciak made a statement through Fox News Digital, stressing the recklessness of the allegations. She highlighted her son’s denial of any involvement and mentioned a polygraph test that he passed. Moreover, no DNA belonging to KJ was found.

Zolciak also pointed out that the accuser has made similar accusations against two other people, a detail which she claims requires thorough examination.

She emphasized the potential harm of false accusations, noting the consequences for both the accused and genuine survivors. She stressed the importance of investigations based on facts and evidence.

KJ is the eldest son of Kroy Biermann and Kim Zolciak. The couple has other children, including Kash, 14, and 12-year-old twins Kaia and Kane. Biermann adopted Zolciak’s daughters, Ariana and Brielle, from a previous relationship. In 2023, Zolciak and Biermann filed for divorce after 11 years of marriage.
