Bodycam footage, made available by Page Six, shows the Florida airport incident. During the encounter, Milania asks to speak with her mother. She mentions feeling ‘laced’ and identifies herself as a college student. Her sister, Gia, calls her ‘reckless’ in the footage.
Details about the fentanyl episode, including when or how it occurred, remain unclear. In the footage, officers ask Milania to remain seated, noting she doesn’t control the situation.
Teresa issued a social media statement addressing the footage. She emphasized the importance of her children’s well-being, revealing that Milania faces challenges due to losing two close friends. Teresa is focused on providing her daughter with love and support during this difficult time.
In New Jersey, Milania pleaded not guilty to a simple assault charge. Her hearing has been postponed to December 1.
Meanwhile, KJ Biermann, son of Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann, was indicted in Fulton County, Georgia, for child molestation and sexual battery. KJ, 15, faces charges from an alleged April incident. He is out on a $200,000 bond. KJ is the couple’s oldest son, and his parents recently filed for divorce.
Another case involves NeNe Leakes’ son, Bryson Bryant, who faced legal issues for contempt of court. He allegedly failed to comply with court orders and was previously linked to a fentanyl possession case. Bryant also used a false identity during an arrest, resulting in probation and a fine.

Her legal troubles include drug possession and driving under the influence. Alexa cited her family’s media portrayal as a factor in her struggle with addiction.
