A social media influencer known as “Clavicular” is involved in a legal case in Massachusetts. Court documents reveal that a woman has accused Braden Peters, 20, of rape and drugging. She claims the incident occurred when she was 17 at his family home on Cape Cod.
Braden Peters gained notoriety for promoting a trend called “looksmaxxing,” aimed at enhancing one’s physical appearance. This accusation dates back to May 2025. The teenager told police that Peters invited her over to create content related to this trend.
The woman said Peters arranged for her to travel to his home via Uber. She alleged that once there, Peters was on Twitch, a popular livestreaming platform. She claims Peters knew she was underage but instructed her to tell viewers she was 18 to avoid account bans.
During the livestream, the teenager can be heard saying she was intoxicated. She reported to investigators that they later had sex, and another encounter followed without her consent the next morning.
The police believed intoxication impaired her ability to consent. A court determined there was enough evidence to proceed, and Peters faces charges of rape, drug facilitation of sex, and an alcohol-related misdemeanor.
Peters’ representative, Mitchell Jackson, denied these allegations. He highlighted the timing of a civil lawsuit and indicated they are challenging the claims. Peters has used social media to share his perspective, presenting messages that he believes support his case.
The alleged victim approached the police over a year after the incident. She hesitated initially, wanting to avoid telling her guardians. The investigation included reviewing Uber records from the night in question, confirming Peters’ details.
Peters previously faced legal issues, including a charge in Florida for shooting at an alligator during a livestream. Authorities had summoned him due to alleged battery involving two women near Kissimmee, claiming he instigated a conflict for social media content.
