Florida Authorities Intensify Manhunt for Fugitive Murder Suspect

Distinguishing Marks

New identifying features have been released by the sheriff’s office to aid in locating Johnson. She reportedly has tattoos that include a rose or flower on her left hand, and a large scorpion tattoo extending from her left buttock to her thigh.

Johnson is suspected of changing her hair and appearance to avoid detection.

Aliases and Accomplices

Authorities note Johnson has several aliases, including Harley, Jessica Elaine Bowman, Jessica Elaine Thrush, Jessica Elaine Thrash, and Denise. She is believed to have connections in Florida, Georgia, and Alabama.

Investigators caution that Johnson may manipulate individuals for resources by fabricating stories of domestic violence or other hardships. Five individuals, including Michael Ray White and Kathleen Morris, have been arrested as accessories for aiding Johnson.

Ongoing Investigation

The sheriff’s office describes Johnson as “cunning” and a “master manipulator.” They urge anyone assisting her to stop immediately, as those providing shelter or help face legal consequences.

Jason Coulthart was last seen on May 24, leaving the College Condominiums in Niceville. Following a search in Freeport, his remains were identified by DNA testing.

Public Appeal

A reward of up to $16,000 is offered for tips leading to Johnson’s arrest. Walton County Sheriff Michael Adkinson emphasizes accountability for anyone aiding Johnson.

“If you give her a place to stay, help her hide, or lie for her, you will face consequences,” Adkinson warned.

The hunt for Johnson continues with determination. Authorities made a clear message: “She can keep running. We won’t stop looking.”
