The Democratic Senate primary in Michigan remains unresolved as of early Wednesday. Dr. Abdul El-Sayed, a progressive public health official, holds a narrow lead over Representative Haley Stevens, a moderate. This tight race reflects the sharp divisions within the party, particularly concerning Israel. Endorsements from prominent officials have further highlighted these divisions.
