Diane Farr, known for her role in “Fire Country,” has departed Los Angeles after spending three decades in the city. The 56-year-old actress announced her move on Instagram, marking her “Last Day in LA.” She emphasized her deep connection to the city, stating she chose to live there despite not being born or schooled in the area.

Farr explained that she moved from New York City at the age of 26 to pursue acting opportunities. She expressed gratitude for the success she found, a dream she still finds surprising. Reflecting on her time in Los Angeles, she highlighted the positive experiences, including raising her children in a beautiful environment and benefiting from public schools.

“I got to raise babies in the sun and the mountains,” Farr shared, overwhelmed by her blessings.

She has three children with ex-husband Seung Yong Chung: son Beckett, 18, and twin daughters Coco and Sawyer, 17. In a video showing her final day, Farr bid farewell to her home and motorcycle. She drove away in a 15-foot truck, cherishing memories made there.

She expressed entering a “third act” of her life, suggesting possible moves to countries she had never considered. Farr used the word “hiatus” to describe the pause in her life and her decision to leave the house behind.

“But god damn, this was harder than I thought,” she added, emphasizing the emotional challenge of leaving her home, a fulfilled dream.

Fans offered support in comments, wishing her luck and recognizing her journey. One commented, “Good luck and safe travels as you start the next book in your series of life.” Another encouraged her to remember past memories and make new ones.

The season four finale of “Fire Country” was broadcast in May, marking a period of closure for Farr’s current work. Lori A. Bashian, an entertainment news writer at Fox News Digital, contributed to the reporting on Farr’s story.
