AEW’s All In Event Set to Thrill Wrestling Fans with Major Matches

All Elite Wrestling (AEW) is gearing up for its largest annual event, All In, happening this Sunday in London. This exciting occasion, hosted at Wembley Stadium, presents several key matchups anticipated by wrestling enthusiasts attending in person and those watching from home.

Although not participating in All In this year, wrestler Lee Moriarty recently expressed his enthusiasm in an interview with OutKick. He highlighted two championship matches he’s eager to see. The AEW World Championship will feature Kenny Omega facing Will Ospreay, and the AEW Women’s World Championship includes Willow Nightingale taking on Mercedes Moné.

Historical Rivalries and Anticipation

“I would definitely say the two big marquee matches are AEW men’s and AEW women’s championship matches,” Moriarty stated. “Both Kenny Omega versus Will Ospreay, just because of the history they’ve had through the years. And one of my all-time favorite matches I’ve ever watched was at Forbidden Door with Kenny Omega and Will Ospreay in Canada. Additionally, there’s Mercedes Moné against Willow Nightingale, recalling their history connected to the New Japan Strong Championship and the TBS Championship.”

Moriarty is eager to witness these battles and draw inspiration from the storied rivalries between the competitors. He believes those matches will hold significant meaning for fans.

Past Participation and Future Aspirations

Previously, Moriarty only participated in one All In event. Last year, he was part of an eight-man tag team match with his Shane Taylor Promotions group against the Sons of Texas, consisting of Dustin Rhodes, Marshall Von Erich, Ross Von Erich, and Sammy Guevara. The Sons of Texas emerged victorious in that match.

When asked by OutKick about his return to the All In card, Moriarty said, “I think it’s just going to take work like I’ve been doing. Continue to put in the work. A lot of professional wrestling is timing and preparation. I’m prepared. It’s just the timing thing and I’m going to get there. I do believe that. I’m going to continue to prove I am one of the best professional wrestlers when it comes to technical wrestling in the world. And right now, I’m the best pure wrestler on the planet.”

Recently, Moriarty defended his Ring of Honor Pure Championship against Katsuyori Shibata at Death Before Dishonor, demonstrating his ongoing dedication to the sport.
