The California Highway Patrol has announced an Amber Alert for Daleza Fregoso, a four-year-old girl reported abducted by a 40-year-old man in Los Angeles. This follows a Los Angeles Police Department request for aid.
The alert states that Daleza was last seen around 4 a.m. on May 24. She was with Ruben Fregoso, who is believed to have taken her in a white 2019 Land Rover Discovery. The vehicle’s California license plate is 9DAW716. Authorities have not detailed their relationship.
Daleza is described as three feet tall, with black hair and brown eyes, weighing approximately 45 pounds. Ruben Fregoso is noted to be 5 feet 9 inches tall, with black hair and brown eyes, weighing around 200 pounds.
