Independent professional wrestling offers fans a unique experience. You can attend an event, meet rising stars, enjoy a great show, and leave satisfied, all at an affordable price. Most promotions aim for family-friendly entertainment.
Titan Championship Wrestling exemplifies this spirit. Based in New Jersey, the promotion is bringing the sport back to Spotswood, a town that hasn’t hosted wrestling in nearly 11 years. The event, named Resurrection, features notable figures in the industry.
Charles DeLutri, the co-promoter of Titan Championship Wrestling, shared his enthusiasm. “This event is a fantastic opportunity for Spotswood residents and wrestling fans,” he said. “We offer an exceptional event while showcasing what makes Titan Championship Wrestling special. We mix comedy, strong, and entertainment styles to create a well-rounded family experience.”
The roster for the event is impressive. Notable wrestlers include former WWE superstar Jay Tha Gawd (formerly JTG), Joey Janela, and Michael Fain. DeLutri has collaborated with Janela over the years and notes Jay Tha Gawd’s recent resurgence in the local indie scene.
Michael Fain, the Titan Championship Wrestling heavyweight champion, stands out as a promising talent. “Fain is exceptional,” DeLutri said. “He’s been pivotal to us since our early days. His achievements have led to a group, TBA, where he’s known as the king of the titans.”
The event, Resurrection, is scheduled for October 17, 2026, at the Spotswood Columbian Club. The show will start at 7 p.m. ET.
