Washington Post Food reporter Emily Heil sampled some of these protein-enhanced items. Her evaluation revealed disappointing results. These products did not meet expectations in terms of flavor or nutrition.
Finding satisfying meals that deliver a decent amount of protein remains crucial. Meals that pack at least 30 grams of protein per serving can offer both flavor and nourishment.
