Spain Secures World Cup Victory with Torres’ Goal

The shot was Spain’s 20th attempt, successfully finding the net to give Spain a 1-0 lead in the 106th minute. Torres expressed his joy, highlighting the collective effort, and felt vindicated despite having been criticized earlier in the tournament. The goal brought Spain its second World Cup title.

Towards the end of the match, Torres almost scored again but was ruled offside. Spain managed to withstand Argentina’s corner kick attempts and celebrated their victory as reigning champions were dethroned.
