KJ Biermann Faces Serious Charges in Georgia

KJ Biermann, 15, was indicted this week on charges including child molestation and multiple counts of sexual battery against a child under 16. This follows an April incident that led to his arrest. A Fulton County, Georgia grand jury indicted KJ, full name Kroy Jagger, on seven counts. These include aggravated sodomy and false imprisonment.

Last month, KJ, son of Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann from ‘Real Housewives of Atlanta’, was initially charged with two felony counts. The charges emerged from an incident earlier this year. He was charged with aggravated sexual battery and sodomy on August 17 after his arrest in Alpharetta, Georgia. Currently, KJ is held without bond at Metro Regional Youth Detention Center, pending a September preliminary hearing.

KJ is charged as an adult under Georgia’s SB440 law. This law grants adult courts jurisdiction over teens aged 13-17 accused of certain violent felonies. Kim Zolciak has denied the accusations and issued a statement. ‘My son categorically denies being involved with this woman or the alleged conduct,’ she stated. Zolciak noted that KJ passed a polygraph test, and no DNA evidence linked him to the accusations. She raised concerns about similar accusations the accuser made against others, questioning their credibility.

Zolciak emphasized the harm false accusations can cause to both the accused and genuine survivors. She urged for fact-based investigations rather than public condemnation based on accusations alone. ‘We remain confident that facts and evidence will establish the truth,’ she affirmed.

KJ is the eldest child of Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann, who also share three other children. The couple filed for divorce earlier this year after 11 years of marriage.
