Killer Kross and His Feline Companion: A Story of Allergies and Affection

4 weeks ago 0

Killer Kross, the Major League Wrestling (MLW) world heavyweight champion, is known for his fierce demeanor in the ring. Despite this, he displays a softer side outside the arena. Recently, he discussed how a stray cat changed his and his wife Scarlett Bordeaux’s life during an interview with Fox News Digital.

Kross and Bordeaux, both professional wrestlers, encountered a stray kitten at their doorstep about 18 months ago. Despite Kross’s severe cat allergy, they felt compelled to help the animal. The cat reappeared after being fed tuna, leading to a series of encounters where it began leaving ‘gifts’—such as pieces of mice—at their door, a gesture recognized as a sign of trust and affection.

During a hurricane, the couple worried about the cat’s safety. Bordeaux arranged a makeshift home for it by the front door, complete with cat structures and toys to give it shelter. Over six months, the couple gradually grew closer to the cat.

Then, an unfortunate event occurred. The cat was injured, bleeding and required veterinary care. Kross didn’t hesitate to spend thousands of dollars on medical treatment to ensure its recovery. The cat, which had been surprisingly friendly, was tested for diseases and underwent surgery.

Now, the cat is part of their household. Kross even overcame his lifelong allergy. They set up a room with automatic litter and have two dogs who adore the cat. They share living spaces and play together, forming a harmonious household.

Kross remarked on the cat’s intelligence and personality. It follows instructions, recognizes its name, and responds to his calls. Despite the Killer Kross persona in wrestling, he demonstrates compassion and a love for animals.

The new season of “MLW Fusion” will premiere on a global streaming platform, making it accessible to audiences for free starting Saturday night.
