Disneyland visitors have a new ticket package option offered by Costco, but there are important details travelers should consider. Details of the Costco Disneyland Offer

Disneyland Resort officials confirmed that this offer became available last week. The resort often provides limited-time ticket offers through third-party retailers. The current Costco package has caught the attention of theme park fans, enticing travelers to compare it to purchasing tickets directly from Disneyland.

In a recent social media post, a theme park content creator emphasized the package’s value, which includes Lightning Lane access and a dining card, highlighting the price at $329.99.

Price Comparison and Ticket Conditions

At the moment, a standard two-day Park Hopper ticket is listed at $445 on Disneyland’s website, not including Lightning Lane access. This makes the Costco package approximately $115 cheaper. However, both ticket options have distinct terms and restrictions.

Disneyland recently adjusted some of its ticket prices. Mid-tier single-day tickets increased by $5. The least expensive $104 ticket and the highest $224 ticket did not change. Lightning Lane now costs up to $38, and the Park Hopper add-on for single-day tickets increased by $5 to $10. Multi-day ticket prices remain the same.

Accessible Pricing for Families

Hugh Johnston, CFO of The Walt Disney Company, recently discussed at the Goldman Sachs Conference in San Francisco efforts to keep ticket prices accessible for families, especially during off-peak periods. He emphasized the company’s commitment to welcoming young families to the parks by maintaining affordable ticket prices.

“We’re highly sensitive to pricing, ensuring young families can visit parks and nurture a love for Disney,” Johnston stated.

Timing and Usage Details

The Costco ticket offer can be used from October 2 to December 18. Once a guest uses the ticket for the first time, the second park day must occur within 13 days. Reservations are mandatory for each visit, and the ticket is nonrefundable. The same individual must use both days, and visits cannot be split between different people.

This offer is limited to specific Costco locations in California. Reactions among Disney fans have been mixed, with some praising the bundled price while others find it still unaffordable.
