Kristin Cavallari is savoring the last days of summer while highlighting her skincare line, Uncommon Beauty. At 39, Cavallari continues to blend her roles as a reality star and entrepreneur. Recently, she shared photos of herself in a black string bikini while promoting her skincare products.

Cavallari refrained from alcohol, consuming it twice over three months. Her fitness regimen includes four workouts weekly, combining weight training and cardio.

Challenges arose when a torn labrum affected her fitness routine. “I took a solid week off of doing anything with my legs,” she stated. This adjustment unexpectedly aided her runway readiness.

Despite her preparation, she felt nervous before walking the runway. “As soon as I got out there, it was just like, OK, it’s go time,” Cavallari noted.

This milestone represented growth for her and her company. Cavallari remarked, “It really was such a great moment … because I was nervous.” She embraces moments that push her beyond her comfort zone.
