Many wrestling fans in the mid-1990s to early 2000s would remember Dawn Marie from her time at Extreme Championship Wrestling (ECW) and WWE. Known for her ringside appearances and feuds, she announced a new venture, sharing with her followers that she joined OnlyFans for a closer connection with fans.

At 55, Dawn Marie, currently a nurse, clarified in an interview with Fox News Digital that her content will not include nudes or wild collaborations.

“It’s going to be fun. It’s going to be flirty,” she expressed. “We’re not doing nudes, which I made very clear. Just going to be Dawn Marie.”

She shared how wrestling injuries, particularly neck injuries, have complicated her nursing work. Joining OnlyFans is a move considered for her children’s future as a single mother.

“I have a lot of residual issues from wrestling,” she noted. “I chose not to be like people my age who end up bedridden. It’s scary to think about.”

Marie hopes that if her nursing career continues robustly, her kids will benefit financially after her time. She aims for her children to finish school without incurring college debt.

Previously involved in appearances, Marie stated that these obligations motivate her to maintain her health. “Why not?” she remarked about venturing into OnlyFans.

“I’m not trying to be the Dawn Marie of 20 years ago,” she stated. “I’m striving to be the Dawn Marie who is 55 and embracing it. I believe women are beautiful at every age.”

Marie emphasized her OnlyFans isn’t about money grabs. “This prepares a little extra for my future.”

Starting her wrestling career in 1995, she debuted in New Jersey, managing Tony Atlas against Jimmy Snuka. She eventually moved to ECW and WWE until 2005. Marie returned to the WWE scene in 2024 as a special guest referee at NXT Halloween Havoc.

Recalling her initial wrestling experience, she told Fox News Digital she instantly knew it was the right choice, describing the moment as both frightening and peaceful.
