Federal Investigation Targets Neville Roy Singham’s Financial Activities

Key figures in Congress back a federal grand jury investigation into alleged financial misconduct by Neville Roy Singham, who is connected to socialist, communist, and Marxist organizations funding.

A Fox News Digital investigation reveals that Singham has directed $278 million into a network of nonprofits since 2017. Acting U.S. Attorney General Todd Blanche authorized a Manhattan grand jury to issue subpoenas probing Singham’s financial network. This investigation, spearheaded by U.S. Attorney Jay Clayton for the Southern District of New York, stands as a powerful federal prosecution initiative. Despite numerous requests, Singham has not commented.

Senator Jim Banks expressed strong disapproval, stating, “Neville Singham is a traitor to our country. He has ties to the CCP. As an American citizen, his loyalties lie with the Chinese Communist Party.” He criticized the funding of left-wing groups in the U.S., which he believes promote not only ideologies but also violence.

In April, Banks urged former Attorney General Pam Bondi to probe CodePink, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit supported by Singham, co-founded by his spouse, Jodie Evans. CodePink, along with Evans, has not responded to requests for comments.

Recently, Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent met with Goldman Sachs Chairman and CEO David Solomon in New York City. Sources told Fox News Digital Bessent presented Solomon with a warning regarding potential conspiracies concerning Singham’s finances. Solomon agreed to cooperate with federal investigators. Goldman Sachs stated that distributions from Singham’s fund were legal and verified by the IRS.

Banks serves on the Senate Banking Committee, emphasizing that Wall Street must be wary of collaborating with entities linked to foreign adversaries. He remarked, “Goldman wants to do their part to help the investigation. But Wall Street should know that you can’t get away with helping our biggest enemy.”

In concerns raised to Bondi, Banks questioned CodePink’s compliance with the Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA), intended for entities acting for foreign principals to register and disclose their finances and relationships.

“CodePink has clearly become an agent of CCP influence in the United States,” Banks’ letter stated, citing activities typically requiring FARA registration.

Lawmakers like Rep. Pat Fallon expressed intentions to hold accountable nonprofits linked to the CCP, tied to Singham. Fallon, vying for chairmanship of the House Oversight Committee, prioritized dismantling far-left NGOs used by foreign adversaries to undermine the U.S.

House Ways and Means Committee Chairman Jason Smith, who investigated Singham’s nonprofit network, commented on social media regarding the grand jury investigation. “It’s about time he is brought to justice and held accountable for his ties to the CCP,” Smith wrote.

Singham has channeled funds through the Goldman Sachs Donor Advised Philanthropy Fund, directing millions into organizations mobilizing activists for protests nationwide, including anti-ICE and anti-Israel demonstrations.
