Prime Video, through Deadline, has revealed new cast members set to join the popular post-apocalyptic series ‘Fallout’ in its third season. Manny Jacinto, Emily Mortimer, and Thomasin McKenzie are the latest additions to the ensemble. Jacinto, previously recognized for his role as Qimir in the 2024 ‘Star Wars’ series ‘The Acolyte,’ makes the transition from Disney+ to Amazon’s platform.
Emily Mortimer is known for her performances in ‘Paddington in Peru’ and ‘The Newsroom.’ Thomasin McKenzie has appeared in ‘Old’ and ‘Jojo Rabbit.’ Their inclusion follows the announcement of Aaron Paul, famous for ‘Breaking Bad,’ joining the cast in May 2026. They will appear alongside returning actors Ella Purnell, Aaron Moten, Walton Goggins, Kyle MacLachlan, and Moisés Arias, who reprise their roles from the first two seasons.
‘Fallout’ Season 3 Release Date
Although ‘Fallout’ Season 3 does not yet have an official release date, filming is set to start in Los Angeles in June 2026. Fans can anticipate its debut in mid-to-late 2027. Season 2’s impressive return positioned it as the second-most-watched sequel series on Prime Video, trailing only behind ‘Reacher’ Season 2.
‘Fallout’ Season 3 Story
While there is no official synopsis for the upcoming season, speculation suggests a storyline focusing on New Vegas and the conflict between Caesar’s Legion and the New California Republic (NCR). Maximus must contend with the consequences of his actions with the Brotherhood of Steel, which resulted in numerous casualties. Meanwhile, Lucy delves into mysterious experiments that transform humans into super mutants. Additionally, The Ghoul remains on a quest to find his missing wife and child in Colorado.
