Sports Illustrated Swimsuit models took the spotlight in Miami Beach during the 2026 Swimsuit Runway Show. This event, part of Swim Week, featured an array of pinups, athletes, influencers, and celebrities. They showcased some of the year’s most eye-catching looks and introduced a range of beachwear trends.

Among the participants were both new faces and seasoned models like Brooks Nader, Camille Kostek, Alix Earle, Molly Sims, and Katie Austin. Notably, Molly Sims impressed with a gingham one-piece suit featuring a plunging neckline. Completing her look were sun-kissed locks and radiant skin. Sims returned to the magazine for the eighth time, modeling various swimsuits, including an orange bikini.

Brooks Nader, a standout from the 2019 open casting call, wowed the audience in a curve-hugging black one-piece. She prepared for her role in the upcoming “Baywatch” reboot. Her journey with SI Swimsuit began in 2020, quickly leading to a cover appearance.

Katie Austin, the daughter of fitness expert Denise Austin, also captivated attendees while six months pregnant. She shared her unique experience of walking the runway during this special time, focusing more on maintaining her health and well-being rather than strict exercise routines.

The 2026 Swimsuit Issue featured cover models Alix Earle, Nicole Williams English, Hilary Duff, and Tiffany Haddish. Other participants included Nader, Hunter McGrady, Jena Sims, and many more. Christen Goff, who shared the 2021 Swim Search win with Austin, also joined the runway.

According to MJ Day, editor-in-chief of Sports Illustrated Swimsuit, this issue emphasizes individuality and diverse stories. Models like Alix Earle and Tiffany Haddish bring their personal narratives to the event, showcasing resilience and uniqueness.

Over its history, the Swimsuit Issue has been an important platform, launching the careers of models such as Kathy Ireland, Christie Brinkley, and Ashley Graham. Recent years have seen the inclusion of diverse figures, from older models to professional athletes.

The current issue is already available, and the runway show will stream on Hulu and Disney+ starting June 9. This year’s productions took place in various international locations, adding to the issue’s vibrant backdrop.
