Kyiv’s Increasing Long-Range Strike Capabilities

A drone attack on Moscow and the surrounding region resulted in three fatalities and over twelve injuries, according to Russian officials. This made it the most extensive and deadly assault on the Russian capital since the commencement of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine by President Vladimir Putin in February 2022.

This incident illustrates Kyiv’s growing proficiency in executing long-range strikes and bypassing air defenses. The Ukrainian drone strike hit Krasnogorsk in the Moscow area, leaving residents inspecting the aftermath on Sunday.
