The PAC has reported approximately $800,000 in independent expenditures across battleground contests, marking its first 2026 cycle spend, as revealed by Federal Election Commission filings reported by CNN’s Patrick Svitek.

Musk has emerged as a significant donor this cycle, with America PAC reporting around $50 million in receipts. The filings show substantial support for Republican Ken Paxton’s campaign in Texas, the Alaska Senate race, and the Iowa Senate race. Additional funds are directed towards House races like Florida’s 25th District, where Democrat Jared Moskowitz is a candidate.
