President Trump’s New Air Force One Color Scheme and Michigan Visit

6 days ago 0

President Donald Trump landed at Joint Base Andrews in Maryland after attending the World Cup final on Sunday, July 19, 2026. He flew out of Michigan on Monday aboard Air Force One, which now features a new color scheme. The plane is painted in dark blue, adorned with a gold stripe and red trim. This design matches the Qatari jet gifted to him, as reported by Ana Ceballos, a Washington Correspondent for the Los Angeles Times.

Ceballos observed the newly styled aircraft as the presidential motorcade arrived at Oakland County International Airport in Michigan. President Trump used the opportunity in Michigan to address economic concerns. Speaking at General Motors Milford Proving Ground, he reassured his audience of future economic improvement by promoting tariffs.

The president criticized previous administrations for betraying auto workers and manufacturers in the state. He accused them of allowing foreign countries to “steal jobs, exploit factories, and take valuable resources” from cities like Detroit and others across the nation.
